Description
Low Noise Industrial Oil Mist Purifier of electrostatic separation type is specially developed for CNC lathes, machining centers, grinders and other metal processing equipment producing oil mist, aerosol and tiny oil fume. It adopts high-voltage electrostatic adsorption technology to capture fine oil mist particles step by step, with oil mist purification efficiency reaching above 98%.
The whole machine runs stably with noise controlled below 65dB, which greatly improves the workshop operating environment. The shell is optional with carbon steel spray coating or 304 stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The separated cutting oil can be recycled and reused to save production costs.
Modular electrostatic core structure is convenient for disassembly, cleaning and maintenance. Multiple standard air volume models are available, and the installation size can be customized according to machine tools.
