Description
Belt Sludge Thickening equipment adopts gravity filtration principle to concentrate low-concentration sludge continuously for municipal sewage, printing, chemical and food wastewater treatment. After flocculant mixing, sludge evenly distributes on filter belt, free water drains rapidly through mesh cloth, lifting solid content from 0.5%-3% to 6%-16% and cutting sludge volume by over 80% to lower follow-up dewatering costs.
The whole frame uses 304 stainless steel with anti-corrosion treatment, adapting to harsh corrosive working conditions. It is equipped with automatic belt deviation correction, tension adjustment and high-pressure self-cleaning spray devices to prevent belt clogging and stable long-running operation. Featuring low power consumption, small floor space and simple maintenance, it supports seamless connection with belt dewatering machines. Customizable belt width and full-automatic control system are available.
