Description

      High Adsorption Zeolite Rotor Concentrator matched with complete catalytic combustion system is an integrated purification unit specially designed for large-air-volume, low-concentration VOC waste gas from coating, printing and packaging industries. The zeolite rotor continuously adsorbs organic solvents at normal temperature, and desorbs at 180–220℃ to form high-concentration waste gas, greatly reducing the processing load of the rear-end catalytic combustion device.
The rotor adopts hydrophobic molecular sieve with adsorption efficiency above 95%. The whole set is equipped with PLC automatic linkage control to realize 24-hour unattended running, with multiple safety protection including over-temperature protection and explosion-proof structure. The catalytic combustion section features high heat recovery rate to cut power consumption.
The shell uses anti-corrosion carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. It can handle tens of thousands cubic meters of waste gas per hour. The concentration ratio can reach 8–20 times, effectively lowering equipment investment and operating cost, which is the mainstream solution for industrial large-flow VOC waste gas treatment.
