Description
Catalytic Combustion Device is professional purification equipment for high-concentration VOC waste gas from coating, printing and chemical industries. It works on low-temperature catalytic oxidation principle, using precious metal catalyst to decompose organic waste gas into carbon dioxide and water at 200–400℃ without open flame combustion.
Equipped with a heat exchange recovery system, the equipment recycles combustion residual heat to reduce electric heating energy consumption, achieving obvious energy-saving effects. The whole set adopts PLC full-automatic control, supporting 24-hour unattended operation, with multiple safety protections including over-temperature, over-pressure and explosion-proof structures. The VOC purification efficiency is higher than 98%.
The shell can choose carbon steel anti-corrosion coating or 304 stainless steel. It is usually matched with activated carbon adsorber for adsorption and desorption combined treatment. Air volume, heating power and catalyst loading capacity can be customized according to on-site working conditions, suitable for continuous treatment of high-concentration organic waste gas in various workshops.
