Description
UV Photolysis Deodorization Purifier is advanced environmental equipment specially used to decompose odor and organic waste gas from industrial workshops, sewage plants and garbage stations. It adopts high-energy UV ultraviolet lamps and photocatalytic plates to produce strong oxidizing free radicals, which can break down VOCs, hydrogen sulfide and malodorous molecules into carbon dioxide and water.
The whole cabinet is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel with anti-corrosion performance. The internal modular lamp tube frame is convenient for daily inspection and lamp replacement. The equipment runs with low wind resistance and low power consumption, and the odor degradation efficiency reaches more than 96%. Fully sealed structure avoids waste gas leakage without secondary pollution.
It can be used independently or connected in series with activated carbon adsorber to enhance purification effect. Multiple standard air volume models are available, and customized sizes are supported according to on-site exhaust volume. With simple operation and low maintenance cost, it is an ideal deodorization terminal device for various industrial waste gas treatment projects.
