Description
We supply complete wastewater pretreatment equipment including various types of automatic mechanical bar screens. This series covers rotary, rake, chain and rotary drum mechanical screens to fit different water volume and impurity interception demands for municipal sewage, chemical plants, printing and food processing wastewater.
The main body is made of 304 stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term underwater operation. Equipped with automatic slag scraping, slag lifting and self-cleaning structures, it can continuously intercept large debris such as branches, plastic bags and fiber waste without frequent manual cleaning. PLC automatic control realizes unattended operation with overload protection to avoid machine jamming.
These bar screens feature stable transmission, low noise and small floor space. They serve as the primary pretreatment unit to protect subsequent sedimentation tanks and sludge dewatering equipment.
