Description


Our Fully Automatic Dosing System is specially designed for municipal sewage, industrial wastewater and sludge treatment processes. It integrates automatic powder dissolving, stirring, metering and dosing functions into one compact unit. After putting flocculant, PAC, PAM and other chemicals into the feeding bin, the equipment completes water feeding, stirring dissolution and quantitative delivery automatically without manual intervention.
Equipped with high-precision metering pumps and PLC intelligent control panel, it realizes stable and accurate chemical feeding to reduce reagent waste and operating costs. The main tank and pipeline adopt 304 stainless steel with anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for various corrosive medicaments. Built-in liquid level monitoring and alarm devices effectively prevent empty tank or overflow failures.
This dosing unit features small footprint, easy operation and low maintenance. It can work continuously 24 hours and perfectly match sludge dewatering machines, sedimentation tanks and wastewater treatment lines. Customized tank volume and automatic cleaning functions are available to meet different industrial and municipal water treatment demands.
